Black Kraft Paper is a specially treated electrical insulation paper made from high-strength cellulose kraft fibers, uniformly dyed and processed to offer excellent dielectric strength, mechanical durability, and moisture resistance. The black coloration provides enhanced light-blocking properties and improves thermal stability, making it ideal for electrical, packaging and industrial insulation applications.

This paper is widely used in transformers, motors, cable industries, EV battery insulation, coil wrapping, slot liners, barrier insulation, busbar covering and electrical panel fabrication. Its smooth finish, uniform thickness and strong tensile strength make it suitable for precision electrical insulation requirements.

Black Kraft Paper performs reliably under Class A (105°C) thermal conditions, offering good oil compatibility, moderate heat resistance, and strong resistance to cracking or tearing during winding and shaping. It is commonly supplied in rolls, sheets and custom slit widths for OEM and industrial applications.

PVC Insulation Paper is a flexible electrical insulation material made by laminating or coating polyvinyl chloride (PVC) onto insulating base paper. It is designed for applications requiring moisture resistance, electrical insulation, flexibility and durability. This material is widely used in panel boards, cable insulation, motor winding insulation, transformer wrapping, slot liners, coil separation and low-voltage insulation assemblies.

PVC-coated insulation paper provides excellent dielectric strength and withstands moderate heat, making it suitable for Class A (105°C) insulation systems. The PVC layer adds strong resistance against moisture, oil, chemicals, and abrasion, while the paper base gives flexibility and ease of handling.

Due to its combination of elasticity, toughness and electrical safety, PVC Insulation Paper is commonly used in consumer appliances, wiring harnesses, automotive applications, lighting equipment, motors, transformers and industrial electrical units.
