Fiberglass Braided Cable is a high-temperature, flame-resistant and electrically insulated cable designed for motors, heaters, sensors, transformers, industrial machinery and wiring systems exposed to continuous heat, vibration, high current and harsh operating environments. The conductor is insulated with heat-resistant fiberglass yarn and further reinforced with an external braided fiberglass sleeve, giving the cable excellent mechanical strength, high dielectric performance and superior thermal endurance.

The braided fiberglass layer protects the conductor from abrasion, mechanical friction, sharp edges and thermal hotspots. Fiberglass does not melt, drip or deform under high heat, making this cable ideal for Class H (180°C) operating environments. Depending on the configuration, the conductor can be copper, tinned copper, nickel-plated copper or high-temperature alloy to withstand higher temperature applications.
