Elantas DOBECKAN FT1052 EK Resin is a high-quality impregnating resin designed for electrical motors, transformers, coils, alternators and industrial windings that require strong dielectric insulation, excellent mechanical stability and Class F (155°C) thermal endurance. It is an enhanced, modified version of FT1052 with improved penetration and curing performance, making it ideal for OEMs and rewinding professionals.

FT1052 EK Resin penetrates deeply into copper windings, slot insulation, fiberglass tapes, DMD laminates and coil assemblies, forming a tough, durable insulating film that significantly enhances the structural rigidity of the winding. Once cured, it provides excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils and environmental contaminants.

This resin improves heat dissipation, strengthens coil bonding, reduces mechanical vibration, minimizes noise and prevents winding loosening under load. FT1052 EK is suitable for dip-and-bake, trickle and hot-dip impregnation systems used in modern motor and transformer manufacturing.
